I am 27 years old and only just recently became aware of you, and I wanted to say how much I enjoy your singing. The sheer heart and soul you put into your performances is astonishing. I can honestly say that I’ll be a lifelong fan. May God always grant you the joy that your singing has brought to me. Thank you.

I just wanted to say thank you for a lifetime of such amazing music. I first heard you on record in the 60s and have been a “fan” ever since.
My son showed me this site, he haveing grown up listing to you as a small boy knew how much it would mean to me.

Again thank you and I hope you have many more years to enjoy.

I am listening to your beautiful voice for over 45 years and it still touches me.
In our family we loved to listen to the legendary Alexandrov Ensemble.
I never knew what you looked like…now I know..thanks to the internet!

Volgaboatmen on maailman hienoin laulu, olet hieno mies !!ja haluaisin tavata sinut, minulla Venäläinen vaimo st Petersburgista ja haluaisin tutustua Venäläiseen kulttuuriin, olen ollut Puna armeijan konsertissa Murmanskissa 1987 Suomi-CCCP sotilas ottelussa ja myös( putkassa!!)

I was born in 1968 and my father had an album of the red army choir , alexandrov ensamble .
and i was captivated by the music , still to this day, and very much by the voice of mr Kharitonov , i can easily say that listening to this music when i was a young boy has had a great influence in who i have become , openminded , very much interested in music and culture.
it is a great honour for me to know that the person that sang these songs on the record of my father , would even recieve my thanks .
All my love and respect to you and those whom you! , Mr Kharitonov , hold dear in your heart.
